Deckma Hamburg GmbH is Maker of 15ppm Bilge Alarm Monitors (MARPOL regulation 73/78 for pollution prevention equipment on board ships).

15ppm units includes OCD-1, OCD-2, OCD-3, OCD-1M, OCD-2M, OMD-11, OMD-21, OMD-2005, OMD-2008, OMD-24, OMD-32 and etc. 

The latter models (OMD-2005, OMD-24, OMD-2008) in regulation to IMO MEPC 107(49) mainly have 2 main components consisting of the Computer Unit and Measuring Cell Unit. The Computer Unit contains the display PCB with Data logger and terminals for external connections. The Measuring Cell contains optics and electronic component and is connected with the Computer unit via plugged data cable.
